Applications in the prescribed format are invited from intending candidates for filling up of the following posts of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Stenographer Grade-lll, Junior Typist and Salaried Amin with usual D.A. and other allowances as admissible from time to time by the Government of Odisha. Applicability of Odisha Group-C & Group-D posts (Contractual appointment) Rules, 2013 to these appointments and regular scale of pay prescribed against each post shall be subject to the result of W.P.(C) No. 1273 of 2014 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.

Odisha District Court Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
After receipt of applications, candidates upto 20 (twenty) times of vacancy shall be called to appear at the Written Test on basis of marks secured by the candidates in H.S.C, +2 and +3 Examination or their equivalent Examination. Selection to the posts shall be through a written competitive examination followed by Computer Science Test (Practical) and viva voce test. The scheme of examination is mentioned herein below.

The last date of receipt of applications is fixed on 24.08.2023. Applications along with the required documents and self attested copies of certificates shall be sent by the candidates by Registered Post /Speed post so as to reach the office of the District Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur by 5.00 P.M. on or before 24.08.2023 positively. Applicants may also drop their applications in the Drop Box kept inside the Court Campus, Civil Court, Berhampur within the said time and date. The applications received thereafter shall be summarily rejected.

x. Self-attested copy of Type Writing Certificate issued by recognized institution for Junior Typist.
xi. Self-attested copy of Shorthand & Type Writing Certificate issued by recognized institution for Stenographer Grade-III.
xii. Self-attested copy of Medical Certificate showing the percentage of disability issued by the competent authority in case of the candidates under “Persons with Disabilities”.
xiii. A self-declaration to the effect that he/she has no criminal antecedent.
xiv. A self-declaration to the effect that he/she has no more than one spouse living, if married.
xv. Self-attested copy of “No Objection Certificate” in case of candidates working in Government/ Semi Government Organizations /Autonomous Bodies/ Educational Institutions/ Public Undertakings.
