The applicants may also drop their application forms in the Drop Box kept in the Civil Courts premises, Kendrapara during the Office hour of the working days till 5.00 P.M. of 31.08.2023. xii. Self-attested copy of Medical Certificate showing the percentage of disability issued by the competent authority in case of the candidates under “Persons with Disabilities”.
xiii. A self-declaration to the effect that he/she has no criminal antecedent.
xiv. A self-declaration to the effect that he/she has no more than one spouse living, if married.
